THE BUILD HAS BEEN CHANGED ABIT SINCE FIRST TIME I MADE IT!

With this build, you can tank easyly, And help out your team m8s.

First you start out with mana Manipulator, then you get the boots of mobility, then you get Heart of gold. then go Upgrade your Mana Manipulator to Innervating Locket and then get Aegis of the Legion and then upgrade your Heart of gold to Frozen heart. From here on, it all depends on your enemy set up. Guardian Angel, is allways good, warmogs is good if you want more hp, Thornmail good against fast dps like ( Tristiana, tryndamere, Master yi and so on. ) or even Omen :)

but remember, thornmail isnt allways good, depends on your enemys ofc :)

Your Role:
You are a support/tank. remember that ! you can help out your teammates, very easy and take some dmg for them.

Summoner spells:
depend on your playstyle :) But i prefer Ghost and Fortify.

Runes:
You can choose what you like ^^ but i prefer HP runes for this build.

Mastery:
I go for the defense spec, and then abit in Utility. HP.

Skills:
I allways start out with the healing. so i can easyly heal my self and my team mate up so we dont use our pots. but again, depend on your playstyle.

Items:
With this build. i can harrash and support my team mates out with mana and health, and i can run in and pop 1 of the enemy out to the team. the good part is you can even take some damage for them, so you dont have to pop your ulti that often.
