Introduction

For me in this one, it gives Lux good balance while almost max CDR and good damage on spells. Depending on which lane you are in and who you are facing, you can switch up getting Athene's Unholy Grail and Frozen Heart. Also, if mid-game you prefer more damage then lasting longer, you can switch Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Void Staff, though I don't recommend it.

Good CDR (LAZER FIRING!!!) Not super fast
Good mana regen Will still die fast
Good amount of ap
Not as squishy as she normally is

Runes

I picked these runes because she can't get to many good mana or magic resist items that have ap with them, so if you build armor with mana/cdr and then straight ap items, this rune setup will help.

Summary

This is a first official posted build. I think it works well, please feel free to comment and vote on it. Hopefully more to come in the future. See ya 'round the battle field! Also remember, you do have the 40% magic pen and the extra 30% ap that don't show on the build specs itself, so those are KEY features that help on this build.
