...not to mention you absolutely WASTED 2 mastery points on 16 extra gold champion kill or assist. What a freaking joke.

Lol you can't even use correct grammar and yet you comment on my formatting...what a joke. I down-voted your build because it deserved it. And if you knew anything about math you'd realize that magic penetration gives you WAY more damage than the even the +4 attack, not to mention you get healing effects from it as well...so do a little research next time Mr. Speedy Pony Goes In, Speedy Pony Goes Out...hahahahh lmfao

First of all, you should start writing constructive comments instead of nonsense trolling around the corner. Start playing other build before criticise them.

Best Hecarim build? You're really confident about yourself. There is no information at any point about your decisions at all.
Magic Penetration? Seriously?
