Hi , this is a really good build for ranked or normals w/e . The reason u should max Q is that u lower the cooldown , wich makes u alot stronger since Amumus Q scales good on ap , and its a cc aswell . The runes i play with on amumu is really offensive , wich may give u a little hard time early game when u start Boots 3 pots . Amumu is a really fast jungle clearer , especially when you go AP quints . The items are really offensive to as u can see , but with those items , you can littarly oneshot the enemy AD or AP carry , still u are really tanky .
