You keep your Doran's Shield the entire game? Wat.

Pretty solid build, although I have a few worries. They're all minor, though.

One is getting the two Regrowth Pendants before the Negatron Cloak on your Force of Nature. It makes a LOT more sense to rush the Negatron Cloak, as the immediate +48 magic resist is much stronger than the health regeneration.

The second is the decision to get Warmog's Armor as your last item. Your magic resist isn't particularly strong for a tank, only at 157. I feel like a Banshee's Veil or an Abyssal Scepter would be MUCH stronger as that last item.

Mercury's Treads are much better than Ninja Tabi in most scenarios. I see that you mention that you can run Treads over Tabi if you see CC on the enemy team - but frankly, you should always be running Treads and only run Tabi if you see a bunch of DPS on the enemy team.

Finally, getting Doran's Shield and a mana potion in the beginning is fine. However, I think a fun idea would be to experiment a bit with getting Doran's Ring and a health potion instead - you can be much more aggressive with your spells that way, especially if you have a lane partner like Anivia, Master Yi, or Tryndamere, who thrive on that aggressiveness and really like the stun from your Q.
