Basic Idea:You take the mid lane, and you harass their mid carry with Barrel Roll and either push them out of xp range or kill them. Act like a mid carry early and mid game then flip it to tank late game to soak up more damage and become more useful in teamfights.

Key: Landing your barrel rolls, you will be useless early game without them!

Pros:
[*] Great (possible best) Harasser
[*] Amazing creep farmer
[*] Can gank fairly easily with body slam
[*] Can escape easily
Cons:
[*] Your early game damage wears off mid to late game
[*] Your ult can easily help as much as hurt your team in a teamfight

Laning Phase:This is where you completely wreck their mid carry with your barrels. Fortunately with clarity you can keep spamming barrel roll indefinitely as long as your using drunken rage every time it's up. If you do this right your opponent will not be able to fight back and will have to wait for a gank in order to stand a chance. As soon as you go back for a needlessly large rod or a blasting rod whichever you have the money for and teleport back, their xp will come to a standstill. As in they cant come close without you just destroying them

Ganking/Mid Phase: If you are doing well you can body slam your way around the map pretty much crush anyone who overextends in either lane. Also remember that it is 100x easier to land a barrel roll after you have already slowed them with your bodyslam. Also I wouldnt recommend using your ult just to do damage for it likely wont kill them and will end up knocking them away from you. On the other hand if you angle it right and knock them into you that makes things 100x easier :)

Late Game: After your done messing with all the extreme amount of damage you were doing while you were 4 levels above everybody, it is up to you whether to go tank or not. If you were doing well you may have become the opposing team's focus and thus going take will allow you to take that much more damage whil your teammates kill everyone in a teamfight. Note that you wont be doing as you were doing 10min earlier because as soon as that level gap closes your effectiveness with barrel roll decreases but it is still moderately good damage. Also do not forget clarity if you chose it for you do not have any mana regen with this build if you follow it strictly.
