This is a short and sweet guide. It is my first guide but I saw the other Singed guides really not understanding how to really take advantage of Mana so I thought I would take a shot. I hope it is helpful to you. Please leave comments not rage or hate.

Since Singed isn't going to be the primary damage dealer I look at runes to be a balanced buff to help during the beginning stages of the game. Runes lose their effectiveness once items are purchased in the game so focus on what will help you during the first ten minutes.

Pros:
Unique play style
Makes the other team rage alot
Is excellent during team fights

Cons:
Is susceptible to CC early game
Requires patience because damage is slow
Its hard to get used to running from people all the time

This item build is meant to take advantage of large amounts of mana to increase HP and Ability Power. Singed's Empowered Bulwark passive will give you an additional 813 hp from 3,255 mana points. Arch Angel's Staff will add 97.65 AP from that mana. Not to mention having the ability to run your poison trail just about everywhere you go.

I don't get the high speed boots like most people do because I like the magic penetration of Summoner's Boots and I get Ghost as a summoner spell so I have speed when really needed.

Although Singed is really tough one on one, he really shines in a team fight. The slow from Mega Adhesive can keep someone in place while your DPS teammate chops them up or it can allow you to catch them and fling them back to your waiting pack of teammates. Can you imagine the thought as your champ is stuck in this glue watching Singed coming up behind you and now you are flying back between four champs ready to pounce. Doomed!

You also have three ways to protect your teammates. If they are being chased you can start up your poison trail and just run along with them while the chaser dies. You can fling them off your teammate and say.....NOT IN MY HOUSE or you can hit them with the glue and everyone can be safely back to base while the other team is still cleaning their boots.

With Singed, its all about team work. Well, teamwork and poison trail.

For some reason this editor isn't calculating the stats correctly. The benefit of Arch Angel's staff is not added to the AP. Also the additional HP from Mana is not added for some reason either so you can add 97.65 AP & 813 HP to the stats above. It's a pretty beast build.
