Hello, and welcome to my Anivia build.
I have found this build unique, and carrys throughout the game and safely securing the lane, even at levles 3 - 6 you can play really aggresive due to your passive, as long as you die at the turret...
You can use this in ways as such to make them over extend and think they will land the killing blow and pop up with full hp and hopefully them getting damaged by the turret... Pop ghost and just nuke them down trying to land a stun, and if need be use your flash to gain some ground.

I use this setup of runes
9x Greater Seal of Resilience
9x Greater Mark of Insight
9x Greater Glyph of Focus
3x Greater Quintessence of Fortitude
Armor can turn out to be usefull, and great if laning against an AD Carry mid and stop a bit of auto attack damage from all characters.
Magic Penatration is crucial to deal that little bit more damage.
Cooldown Reduction is very beneficial, to get thoose extra spells off and save lives with your wall.
Extra Health can make you stay much longer and last longer very early game giving you that edge to farm up a bit more.

This Build is one of I havent seen, it gives you lots of mana and spell power, and the abilty to stay in lane longer which is how you dominate the game early game and mid game... turning late game banshee's comes in hand to stop you getting dragged away from the team or to stun you.

Q. Try to land the stun.
E. Straight away after Q so you now have the target frosted you deal double damage.
R. Land your ultimate on the edge of them so they still run through the damage dealing area.
W. Now to keep the stuck, really great if you trap them in your R spell.

I pack flash because it always get you away from the fights, and it can also help kill the enemy too.
Ghost has the same reason as flash, in addtion, Anivia being a slow champion.
Late game and with your passive not on cooldown and summoner spells up, its really hard to die, unless they have you stunlocked.

Cons:
Squishy.
Lots of damage intake.
Not great consistant Damage.

Pro's:
Great Burst.
Great Getaway's... (containing this build)
Can protect teamates.
Can quarantine enemies.

The passive on Anivias first spell (Q), is that when the target is frosted, your third spell (E) deals double damage.

Anivia is a great team player based on her wall (W) this can save lives or kill enemies... A great thing to use in teamfights too, to block out the melee fights so you can focus, the main target and not take the damage from the melee for 4 seconds, unless they flash or they are jarvan IV or they dive to you.
