so yea this is a troll anivia build.

idk you dont have to use these runes i dont give a flying **** what runes you use.

doesnt matter what masteries you use as long as you get the magic pen from offense.

Here is where the fun begins. rush that tear of the goddess so you can start building up your mana. after you get your boots get your first archangles staff. keep building up that mana boost so you can really max out your damage. once you feel like you have gotten plenty of mana go back and keep buying archangles staves until you have only one spot left for your rabadons. at this point you should have about 1,000 AP. but you can get killed in probably one hit because you have no armor or mres. but who gives a **** you will nuke the hell out of them.

use your Q and try to stun them with it, if you hit them with your Q throw your E at them and then they will be hurting. if you really wanna lay down the pain use your Ult on the ground around them in a team fight and spam your E, throw your Q at them to stun them so they have to take more damage from your Ult.

anything that helps you escape i really dont care what.
