anyway, I think Soulstealer is overrated by far and it doesn't really help you when you need it the most! You may do well early game, but that does not ensure that you'll do well late-game. There is a good chance that you'll lose all of your charges if you're not careful, but that's just being a good Annie player. One of the skills with Annie is to be catuios and avoid dying at all costs, but of course, you have to prove useful for acting that way aswell. The thing is that people don't know when they should not get Soulstealer, personally I think the item is rubbish but it still can prove useful for any decent Annie player so it's quite a dilema.
The player has to decide that themselves, if they find it useless then avoid getting it. If they are able to stack it without "un-stacking" it, then it might prove a little useful. But in pre-mades you won't really get to stack it so why bother?
