Only what you have to do is troll the oponnent AP Carry, you have to tell your team to take a good AP Carry that can handle bot lane, while you go mid with Annie AD, you will start with Incinerate as your first skill, make sure you farm Annie Stun at the base so you wont lose any MP(Mana Points), go ahead to mid, help jungler, if you want, whatever, then, u can start the combat at any time, the early you do, the better it gets, you can still have a chance to get First Blood, so, as you start the combat, use your normal attacks, you will see that you do TONS OF DAMAGE, then 2 things may happen, or the oponnent runs away, or stays fighting back, but dont worry, you have your stun, use it, continue damaging, i recommend you to have Exhaust, so it gets even easier :D

Tudo o que tens de fazer é trollar o AP Carry inimigo, tens de avisar a tua equipa para levar um AP Carry que aguente la linha de baixo, enquanto vais com a Annie AD para o meio, vais começar com a abilidade Incinerate ( Abilidade " W " ) e tem a certeza que farmas o stun da Annie na base para não perderes MP ( Pontos de Mana ), vai até ao meio, ajuda o jungler, se quiseres, enfim, então, podes começar o combate a qualquer altura, quanto mais cedo melhor, ainda podes ter a oportunidade de ter o First Blood ( Primeira Morte ), ao começares o combate, usa os ataques normais, vais ver que farás TONELADAS DE DANO, entretanto duas coisas aconteceram, ou o oponente foge, ou fica a lutar, mas não te preocupes, tens o teu stun, usa-o, continua a tirar dano, recomendo a que tenhas o Exhaust, para ficar mais fácil :D
