this is my newest guide on annie.
i love playing with annie and she is very powerfull

EARLY GAME
i start the game with a doran's ring. this will give you some AP and also a nice mana regen and some HP

when i first go back i try to buy 2 more doran's rings because they are so strong and give you a nice mana regen. if i dont have enough money for 2 i try to buy 1 and one boots of speed to start on my sorceres shoes

MID GAME
if you enter mid game you will have some kills and you probably have enough money for a needlessly large rod if not get a blasting wand instead. you buy these to get started on my rabadon's deathcap. the rabadon's will give you alot of extra AP

when your rabadon's is done you will get your Rylai's soul scepter. if you die alot you should start a giants belt and buy the other items later. this item will give you some HP witch can be useful. if your Rylai's is done you will be very strong. and you attacks will also slow you opponent

Late game
when you get in late game you will be very strong and you can kill some champions in one combo. you will get your Archangel's staff in late game because it will give you alot of extra mana so you can spam you skills.

after you get your archangel's staff you buy your Zhonya hourglass this item will give you some more armor witch is very strong agains AD champions and you'll get 100 more AP witch makes you very strong

you finish your build of with a banshee's veil this will block one negative spell and give you some Magic resist witch makes you very strong.

i max my Q out first cause it's very nice for farming creeps because when you last hit them with this spell you will get your wasted mana back.

after my Q is fill my W spell cause it also deals dmg and is very strong

i dont put any point in my E cause it doesnt dmg and is not really needed till late game.

Possible summoner spells :
flash (great way to start of a fight or gank)
teleport (is very easy to solo lane now)
exhaust (great for chasing if your combo doesnt kill him)
ignite (great for finishing him off)
clarity (is very usefull if you dont have any mana left)
cleanse (if you are against a heavy CC team)

useless summoner spells :
clairvoyance ( give this to a support
revive (always useless)
smite ( this is for jungle)
fortify
rally ( you dont use AD)
promote

when you go to your lane getting last hits is always important. last hitting is very easy with your with your Q spell because i doesn't use any mana then.

annie has a great passive cause it makes your 5th ability also stun this is very strong
you can use this to gank almost everyone and it also very great to run away from a losing fight.

you should really use this passive alot.

in the start you just try to farm alot of minions and wait till you get lvl 6 cause.
when you get lvl 6 you will get your ulti.
when i get my ulti i directly try to kill my opponent
you wait till you get your passive to 3 or 4 ( then he wont notice you can stun him)
when you get your stun to 3 you first attack with you Q and then your W, now you have your stun ready and you drop you tibbers on him this will stun him and sometime kill, if your tibbers doesnt kill him you only have to wait for your Q to finish him of.

when you have slain you enemy you have a mayor advantage. now he is afraid of you so try to deny your champion any creep farm or XP.
