Based on getting your stuns out as much as possible while nuking as hard as possible as well.

Pros:
High Damage
Low Cooldowns
Lots of stuns
Survivability

Cons:
Not much hp so stay out of your enemies melee range

Summoner abilities

Ghost: Perfect ability for getting quick in and quick out in a fight.
Ignite: Reduce heals on the target by 50% + a dot, good for early kills
Cleanse: A good ability if you know when to use it as if removes stuns, slows and other stuff.
Flash: Good for jumping into the battle and follow up with tibbers or to flee over terrain
Clairvoyance: A ability atleast one in your team should have for spoting enemies and to help your team in a fight if your enemies retreat into a bush (yes clairvoyance can see into bushes)

I go for archangel staff very late cuz I prio the magic pen from void staff and the click effect of Zhonya's ring and that creating Archangel staff does not reset the stacks you have built up with tears of the goddess.
Experiment to make this build fit more into your play-style.

My play-style as Annie can my call "hit and run" cuz in a teamfight or a gank so do I run in with ghost and use Tibbers to stun as many as I can and when cast every ability remaining ability I have to deal damage and when run to a safe distance if you think they will go for you.
