You have 4 bars of health at level one as ANNIE. You have to play very cautious against your mid, and 4 bars as Annie at start? That's just bad news overall. Also, Zhonya's Ring dosen't exist anymore.

Yes but if you make 1k dmg will they alweys focuse you and under one stun your dead, and kinda all in enemy team meele got ghost too or flash/stuns.

thats your opinions but i 5v5 with this build all the time and always carry she is a caster so its expected to be squishy its not hard to stay away and drop stuns and over 1k damage per shot and i dislike flash because its a 1 time thing if u mess up ur boned and i dont want to waste the point in the masteries because reduced death time is useless if u never die having upgraded ghost is much better than flash

I think flash is 10 times better then ghost on annie and this is an 1v1 build 1v1 build dont work so good in 5v5 becuse its very mutch team fights and you will die in 2 sec in late game.

Yea its still in construction still experimenting with runes debating on AP or dodge seals

its an ok build, but im a bit skeptical with all of the arch angle stafs, the passives dont stack accept for the 3% mana< ability power passive, i would only get one arch angle grab a zhonya for its passive as well, this way they stack a bit more. but thats just me
