Welcome to my guide on how to become a problem for the other team. First off i have to say that i have bee trying Annie's build for quite some time, with variation. This build/strategy is all based on my previous experiences, and it is only my opinion. This build is mainly for players starting to play Annie.

I have enjoyed making this build, and i accept any kind of constructive feedback, criticism is allowed, just make sure it will help me. ENJOY!

Pros:
Big ******* nuker
She has a stun
She is cute
Very easy farmer
She is only a tier 1 character (cheap-1350 IP)

Cons:
She is very squishy
Cant do anything without Tibbers (Ultimate)

Lets start this with runes...

Mark of insight
For the early game nuking sequence

Seal of vigor
For staying in the lanes longer. This is important because you need Tibbers really early.

Glyph of force
Even more AP makes everything a lot easier

Quintessence of potency
This just destroys them at level 1

The build that i have mentioned is only when you think you can farm up easily. Last hit minions with disintegrate is the best way to farm up a lot of cash. If you think you can take on mid's laner, then you might want to buy mejai's soulstealer before purchasing your boots. with this you can star building your stacks up to about 10, after that its easy.

The rest is simple...
The more magic penetration, the more destruction you can do especially on squishes like Ashe and other carries. Be careful of ganks, because you don't want to loose your stacks if you are building offensive. Stay behind your tanks for minimum damage taken in.

In the end game buy elixir of brilliance all the time and pop that thing like a Christmas tree.

Facing an opponent alone is simple. Get your passive to at least 4 and find someone to kill. To start off the fight, use Tibbers first. YES! Tibbers!. I cant tell you how many people i see initiating with disintegrate. Use tibbers for an AOE stun and proceed with disintegrate and then incarcerate. by the time you hit them with the combo, pop your molten shield and hit them with all the summoner spells you have that are not on cool down. Disintegrate will now be availabe and use it again.

Your stacks on mejai's will shoot up, and you wont even notice.

Ignite and Exhaust

No more needed to be said

This is a great combo, i play like this all the time. unleashing 3 skills and 2 summoner spells is beast, with a lot of practice, you will be able to cast everything before the stun finishes.

A tip, at the start you might want to randomly use your ignite on something. It doesn't have to be on a champion. This will give you a 10 ability boost right at the start. Every time your ignite is on cool down, this bonus will always apply.
