I agree with Ryock's point, but this is a really nice build, +1 from me.

i apologize but when i made this guide i completely forgot about teleport I'll sure to put that in
and Ya i agree with u on ignite because this guide focuses on the mid to late game thats why i take ghost and flash.

Voted it up, but I do have some comments for the build. Being someone who plays Annie a lot, there are a few slight things I disagree with.

Like teleport for example. Teleport is extremely good for just about everyone, and there's no reason to ever say that a champ should drop it completely ditch it and never consider it again. Many people forget that teleport works on both towers and minions, as well as Teemo's mushrooms. If Teemo hides a mushroom in a bush, you can teleport there without your enemies ever knowing, and gank them with Tibbers and your usual fire rotation quite easily for some quick kills.

As for the reason people take Ignite... well, it's pretty useless mid and late game, but it's really really handy to have early game, as since it has a considerably lower cd than Flash, it can finish some people off that your rotation couldn't finish. I've killed quite a few people early game this way, and it helps feed Annie some kills.

Good build though, I like it =)
