And no, it's 50AP at level 18 if you check out my runes.
I get 16 AP at level 6... Which is where AP really matters.
(also 8.55 Magic Penetration instead of your 5)
You need Catalyst to stay in the lane longer, if you don't you will go oom as you said and without Utility Spec you will be using the auto-attacks like you are. Taking Molten shield cripples your nuking power by 60 damage...
Imo, Ap < Actually having mana & health. That doesn't mean I stack it, if you use that as an argument you will need to re-read my guide.
Don't get me wrong, I'm just a bit confused ^ ^,
I understand what your trying to mean. But then it would almost be better to go for an early chalice of harmoney, cause in late game that catlayst in rod of ages wont help much compared to other items. And utlity lets you spam more abilties but also needs you to spam them more which would make cdr to be good. Which your guide laks of(my also cause it's aint the greatest to take for Annie, but in utility you need to spam more often so cdr lets you do that more efficient).

Also getting blasting wand before catalyst if you don't get FB? ...
OFC mana is good for Annie but you forget that you wont outlast champions like nunu, which can harras you longer then you can so you need the oppertuniti to take him out in one critical blow.
Molten sheil takes away you abilty to get a good nuke early in the game, and since all of annies strength lies in the kills you get in the begining so thats just stupid. You got flash as and defense and your teady bear, and the fear factor of going in and needing to wait 30 secs cause you got nuked. Blasting ward increase your damage Catalyst aint it gives you hp and mana, and a good passive and it is easyer to get kills with blasting ward then catalyst which lets you recovering for the lose of FB.
Runes i admit it aint my thing. But taking them in somthing like 18 AP in lvl 18 would be so ******et, so magic penetration and AP. And i mean runes is just another way to get the higer lvls have and advantage over for the lower lvls.
