I have thought about something like this before, but you see I think axuma is right Annie is just a good nuker, and other chamions can tank way better than her.
But I like the idea, but if you already have mercury treads and tenacity, why do you need cleanse?!
I think heal would be more efficient.

Just because it can AP nuke does not mean it is all that she can do. The sooner people realise that the better.

She has a great defensive ability, an AoE stun and can walk through the enemy team to kill their squishies. What about this does NOT make it a good tank?

Interesting but very very stupid.
Why tank? There's a variety of heroes that can tank.
No need to do a tank out of a perfect AP nuker.
So dumb imo. -1
