If you are playing annie you should start with boots and 3 hp pots,boots give you more mobility and you can last hit easier with your disintegrate,farmed annie is almost unstoppable.

Why add that part? You're meant to explain the reason you chose the items, give alternative items, and let the reader know which item they are able to change according to the enemy. (Many AP's or what?). For example, if there are many cc's, you might want quicksilver slash . Anyways.. keep improving :p

Mejai's Soulstealer isn't a very reliable item either.

No boots. wtf is that ****?? You'll never get to anyone with 310 MS. And remember, Annie is a short range mage.

You have no magic penetration or whatsoever. Targets with 100+ MR will just negate 50-60% of your spell damage. Get a Void Staff instead one of those deathcaps.

30 Magic resist?? You must be kidding :D Good luck meeting your first Veigar who will oneshot you with Primordial Burst...
