I edited my guide a bit. I added Deathfire Grasp, which I've been using recently and really adds a lot to the AP side of Amumu, but this isn't really an AP build so I changed the name to reflect that. The main things I go for in this build are cooldown reduction and an increase to Amumu's AoE, including Ravenous Hydra to make normal attacks AoE. I changed a couple of the late game items around to hopefully help with this. As I said in the notes, I usually mess around a lot with the late game build. Thanks for all your input.

I'm level 20. This works extremely well for me, and I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. It also depends a lot on doing well in the early game so that you can build those four central items fast. Like I said, this is my first guide so I'm still learning what it takes. Anything you think might help would be appreciated. I haven't had a ton of experience against level 30 players, so I'm sure there are a lot of things that could be better.

what level are you exactly. Sorry for being so harsh but damn!!! this is horrible. Also you should spent more time on learning the meta bro. AD carries also use abilities but they ain't ap.

Maybe you should reach, I don't know, at least level 15 before you write a guide.

By "AP" I simply meant he uses his abilities a lot. In retrospect, that's probably not a great name for it since I don't really build a lot of Ability Power in this. By "tank" I mean exactly what it sounds like: he can take a serious beating and still make it out alive. I use Ravenous Hydra for the life steal and the melee AoE. @ ragnar, Infinity Edge isn't a required things for this build, I said in the notes that it is just something fun to add on after the 4 main items if you want to play around.
I play Amumu as a solo laner and sometimes jungling, and this build works for me. If you want to tank for a carry, this might notbe the best build. Thanks for the comments!
