Why amumu is a semi-good tank

Amumu is a good tank because of his stuns and his damage over time spells. Also by the end of this build you will beable to survive for along time in fights because of the 4.5k hp. The reason i get Rylais crystal secpter is because of the slowing its great because of his "w" ability.
