This is the way i like to play Annie, just my opinion.

Annie is one of my favorite mages, cuz she has an great damage output and a awesome stun!

Cons
- No real escape skill
- Often selected as gank target
- vulnerable to disablers

summoner spells
I chose Exhaust and Ignite as my spells.
Exhaust is useful as both a chase and escape spell.
Ignite is great to finish someone off.
Other good spells are:
Clarity beacause of mana restoration.
Ghost for chasing and escaping
Teleport for movement
and flash for running and chasing

Masteries

9/0/21. Typical mage masteries, if you ask me.
Based on mana/mana regen and cooldown reduction.
Just fine for mages.

Items

Start with a Doran's ring and a health potion.Sorcerers shoes next, they are THE mage boots.
Farm as many creeps as you can to get the Archangel's staff as soon as possible. After you bought the Archangel's staff you should go for the Void staff because it gives a lot of Ability power and magic penetration. Next up is the Rylai's crystal scepter, it gives 500 health and 80 Ability power. But it also makes all your skills, slow the opponent. Then i buy a Rod of ages which gives 80 ability power and a bunch of health and mana. Plus it gives you a mana, health and ability power bonus every minute. Next isRabadon's deathcaps becauy it gives a lot of ability power + it gives you and 30% ablity power bonus each.

skills

1. Disintegrate, your main farming skill. Because of it's mana restoreation when you deal a finishing blow, i max this skill first.
2. Incinerate One of your best damage skill. Deals damage i a cone in front of you. I max it at lvl 13
3. moltenshield Gives you bonus defence and returns some damage to the attacker. I give it one point at lvl 5 and leave it that way until lvl 14.
4. Summon: Tibbers your ultimate. You summon Tibbers, dealing damage in the area and tibbers attacks + he deals damage to everyone near him. I up it whenever i can.

I did not do runes because i'm not really in it...
