Now this build isnt for getting a ton of kills but you will get alot of ***its and help your team out alot in team fights. I've been experimenting with a few diffrent builds on taric and this one has been the most succesful that i have tried. The reason Taric needs attack speed is because quite frankly he just doesnt do enough damage even if you make him straight AP, so having the AS helps him kill minions faster without having to use all your skills.

Early game try to get as many last hits as you can, because this build is very expensive. Try not to use your shield to kill minions because you may need it for a fight or to take less damage from enemies.

You are going to be building the same items all the time. All of these items make you very tanky and you can tank towers with how much you heal and with your AS you will be able to take towers easily.

I go with Teleport, Clarity or Ghost, Clarity depending upon how the team is setup. Exhaust is usless on him because of his stun and Flash might be ok but using ignite is kinda pointless because Taric just doesnt do enough damage by himself to justify it.

Warwick is a good partner to team up with for towers because with your AS you can take towers quickly. Laning with a big damage champ is also good because of your stun, you stun they die end of story.
