This lane builds around the on-hit of toxic ( i love that buff to the its ratio).This is a build i designed for bot teemo, but adapted to top hen the meta stopped allowing for a top lane teemo. I generally works extremely well, unless the enemy team has a powerful assassin (rengar, kah'zix, or shaco, for whatever reason, ever doesn't seem to be a problem) and if you're fighting a wukong in lane, it's basically over

these are good items, makes you tankier, but i find that they don't increase my damage enough, and i can get a slow through red buff. plus this build is also about evading enemies and getting away without being attacked, i find that no matter how tanky i build, i still die very quickyly if attacked

this both makes me faster than almost any champ (when paired with the phantom dancer) and it allows me to obtain that extreme speed even without leveling my Move Quick. beserk greaves are good for attack speed, but the amount is not worth the loss of speed once i get my nashor's, and that's when I start winning fights. sorcerers shoes are nice for mage teemo, but that's not what i'm building
