Nice guide, but I always grab Nashor's Tooth after Lich bane, it's better for farming and for Seastone Trident

It's funny how this was my exact idea for him before even looking at this guide.

I'm not a fan of Rylai's on Fizz. The slow doesn't work on his W which is incredibly stupid. (BALANCE THINGS RIOT >:() Other then that I build similarly. For the starting item, Doran's or boots and 3 pots works well. It really depends on who you're laning and what they start with. Ex. When I vs a fizz that starts boots I start Doran's. Allows me to sneakily out damage him for an easy FB. I would recommend grabbing an RoA after sheen for extra sustain in lane. Also add a section on how to harass as fizz. :)

For the person above...you can use any champion vs bots and win.. ive used evelynn and got pentas (after nerf)
that being said.. try doing good in a ranked game. (preferably high elo.. 1500+ atleast)

Boots and 3 Pots is an exelent start, rather than magic rejen. The isn't mana hungry, just don't spam skills when not needed. Lich bane should be after an AP item otherwise the effect won't much differ from that of sheen, enough to be upgraded for that amount of gold.
