Runes are **** and the skill sequence is a joke, items are non-optimal and this isn't even a guide. Also, please take English classes.

and your runes on ryze u want cooldown reduction so u can spam your spells faster.

this is a build that has worked for me for years lol. i never maed abuild be for on line so yeah im learing as i go but i re did build. lets se how it go's and my items you can pick and chose what u want the ones i have up are the best for me.

bulidin ryze tankny is a good beacuse u can give a lot of ap damge but u can take a lot more hits witch means u can stay in lane and fights longer
