Why AP Blitzcrank?

You have INSANE scaling. With this build you become terrifying late game AP Assassin. With your ultimate having low cooldown (13 second in late game) and high scaling you can oneshot squishy champ easily (you can kill late game Kassadin).

You should play him as a support since without R your wave clear is terrible.

After first item you can slice 80% of squishy champ.
After 2 items you kill weak squishy champ.
after 3 items you kill any squishy champ.
