Not that that little (40) additional damage will do any better against one of the best farming abilities ingame.

Also great for initiating, and running away. It deals 85 damage so still 45 more than your 1 point of shurinken and you have another ability you can use why other 2 are on cd.

Also wtf is with the last point of ultimate?? o_O

But it's still a good way to get people a Mark of the Storm, so you can hit multiple champs/minions with it and farm easier/kill faster.

yes but the point of this is to harras with thundering shuriken till there low on hp then lighting rush and electric surge for a stun then use your ult to kill them
