There are many ways to build Teemo but i found this build to be really efficient especial thanks 2good and if you want to play with me please add me in game or if you have any questions my username is pandarz. Also when your in game please try to harras with your poison just attack once until the poison wears off it adds up as it goes. You should get first blood before level 6 and should back to buy your boots and amp tomb for malady. On your way back when you hit level 6 i like to shroom each corner of the map. Always be aware of junglers because teemo is really squishy early game. But if they do gank try to flash or use blind if needed sometimes they will be dumb enough to tower dive so waste all your **** on them and ignite should do the job. At level 4 your poisen and your blind shot should leave them at half hp this is where teemo gets dangerous so hit them with an auto attack and use your blind shot and ignite always seems to do the job. Late game you should have alot of cool down enough to shroom one side of your jungle Shrooms ARE A KEY TO SUCCESS so always preplant your shrooms before a team fight or just to gank. Also getting lizard and golem buff always help because poisen and lizards slow and damage stacks with his poisen and golem is just a good mana regen and cool down reduction. But a key thing to your build is health so always try to build up on health because teemo is hella squishy early game.
Rode to ganking: When ganking please make sure your target is squishy or either low health but in some cases you wont get a choice and attack what is in front of you. If a rammus is on other team try to buy a ward or get banshees for that OP taunt. But if someone on your team comes to gank mid plant your shrooms around the edge of the fire torches in mid. It is proven to work because minions mostly block them or they try to make a quick escape to their jungle. If you are dieing alot please build more health in the beginning and ask to switch lanes if needed.
Late game : When the games starting to end either your wining or losing you should continue to shroom up all around but put some shrooms around baron and dragon. Every little gold helps so when theres a huge minion wave place one shroom in the middle and you will get 300 gold automatically.
Summary : Early game you want to harrass, Mid game you want to shroom up , Late game you want to stay back because you will be focused because of your damage output.
Key items : When starting out you can either buy an amp tomb to help the cost of malady or you can start with dorans for health and mana regen I found that dorans helps with survival.
Some champs you may not want to face mid: Anivia, Vlad, Swain are the most threats in the game because their damage output is great and vlad and swain are able to heal with their spells.
My runes : My runes are red armor pen because im to cheap to buy magic pen but if you have ip you should go for magic pen. Yellows i went armor because i had the runes from my tank and it has saved me alot of times where they would have done alot more damage in the beginning . and Blue's are 0.99 Ap Because it will help you harrass with your poisen and ignite.
Also Finding a good team is essantial : As with all team-based games, but perhaps even more so with League of legends, it’s important to be in good contact with your team mates throughout a match. A lack of communication can be the difference between a decisive victory and an embarrassing, crushing defeat, so talking to each other is tremendously important. But simply maintaining contact isn’t enough: it’s imperative to be efficient with your communications. “It’s best to keep your calls about what’s happening short and quick, and explain everything you know, such as how many enemies you see, if you see the enemy champion , and what items they have. And be sure to get hold of a voice chat program such as Ventrilo or Mumble to utilise during practice: they allow you to speak to your team mates whether you’re dead or alive, an advantage not afforded by League of legends in-game chat system. WARNING YOU DO NOT NEED A MIC BUT I RECOMMEND YOU BUY ONE.
I hope you try out this build and rip as teemo feel free to drop me a comment for better items or how you did with this build all comments are greatly appreciated and i spent two weeks trying out this build and i must say the new malady go great with poisen and look and my game scores which i carried but it was to heavy.
