Ashe herself is perfect for teamwork. Be it ganking or a team fight. Her frost arrows slow up to 35% movement speed, her volley applies frost arrows, and her enchanted crystal arrow stuns, does splash damage, and slows surrounding enemies.
The enchanted arrow with this build (if used on a non tank) will do about half the target's hp in damage. The void staff will make sure of this with it's 40% magic pen. All this damage is nice, but let's not forget about the rest of the team. The target is now stunned and vulnerable to a good old fashioned butt kicking! The team stacks on the injured target for an easy kill.
With a 45 second cool down, there is potential for many takedowns in a relatively short amount of time.

Because of her low attack damage in this build, Ashe's farming is fairly slow early on. Best to pick off creeps after your own whittle them down as opposed to taking on waves on your own. Fortunately, she has hawkshot which prevents farming from being a long and irritating process.
Later on in the game, your money will come from your many assists and kills on lower health opponents.
