Yeah, I most have miss typed there, it's fixed now ^^
I would rather take the Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction than Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction because lategame you are often fed and can kill everyone without problems, earlygame it can be a bit tougher.

nah i think the 12% dodge from the Ninja Tabi is way better ^^

I think you should consider Prospector's Ring as a starting item, they are really really helpful.
