Introduction

This shows how to build an OP Katarina !

Runes

Take Runes of Magic Penetration to cause massive damage!
Take Runes Def or HP for survive !

Masteries

If u get Summoner's Wrath ,my recommended combo is : Shupo + Exhaust + Death Lotus ,because
sumonner's wrath reduces the enemy Armor and Magic Resist

If u get good hands ur respawn time is reduced. Helps so much!

Items

If u get AP + Magic Penetration ur skills causes massive damage!
If you do all of the items you spend 600 AP

if enemy's use stun ,get a Bashee's Veil
if enemy causes physical damage, Exemple Master Yi : Get a Zhony's Hourglass

Summoner Spells

Use Exhaust to reduce enemy Armor , Magic Resist and Moviment Speed to kill him more easily
Use Flash to Chase or Run !

Ignite is good for DPS

Pros / Cons

Pros:
She kills very fast
Low cooldown
Moviment speed is good
Magic resist not interfere a lot

Cons:
Dies easily
If you miss the Death Lotus you'll be a good time without ult
