I like to play Ap singed in normal games just for fun, you get easy fed and no problem to continue it.

Runes:
I pick AP runes all the way for the highest damage.

Masteries:
Same as my runes, just to do high damage.

Items:
I pick items as Rod of Ages for mana, Will of the Acients is awesome for surviving together with Rylai's Crystal Scepter. Picked Hour Glass and Abyssal Scepter for defensive items.

Summoner Spells:
I use Flash and Exhaust, like them best for my game play.
You can also use: Ghost, Ignite and Cleansed.
