This is going to be an AP Singed guide. This is a theoretical build so if you have any adjustments to suggest please do. Also I will be updating this build after each game as i see what works and what does not work for this build. I will be suggesting variations to runes and summoner spells as well as items down below, and remember this is a GUIDE it is meant to guide you not to be followed exactly.

I choose these runes in particular to compliment Singed's tankiness and speed and the damage will come with the item builds. I get the Greater Quint of Swiftness so I can catch people and fling them back. Yes you can do this with your W but it is sometimes difficult to aim.
