I think this is indeed a good sejuani bottom lane build (mine is more for jungler)
Still, your resistances are a bit low, i would do a abysical as main item instead of rabadon, but then more early in the game. But you added that as option, so i guess that's good. Gonna tru this build out. gj!

Would like to discuss sejuani a bit more
One big flow in my opinion is to have shurely's AND rod of ages. You only need one of both. One of them will give you enough mana/health regen.
I think it's better if you replace one of them with another item.

If I may make suggestions, I'd say make Abyssal Scepter mandatory. The MR would help with Madred's Bloodrazors or Deathfire Grasp.
A little more coding would also help your build stand out from others'.
