Teemo build Ap- under construction.
This guide is for experts user works on 5x5, i dont want to put pros & cons i think is complete.
I Try it with bots and for real, Expensive but solid build.
My 1st guide!!!

-*You can do 1700 damage/sec.... Combo (Q, Shen) or (R, shen, Q, Shen) more damage etc on full build.
-*Also you can tank towers ~500 damage/hit (R, Shen, R, Shen, R, Shen) on full build,
some guys will tell you "you are crazy" or "i report you for cheating".

-Teemo Speed is ~493 on lvl 18, with W is ~542, on lvl 3 you have 417 speed(passive) 445(W)
one of the fastest champions. you can be aggresive vs chapions with lower speed.

-Your Hp is ~3000 on full build.

-Total cost is 16.605 gold, you must have a lot of kills(jungle + champion kills) finish this build

-Flash can save you life or you can kill, to escape from a death try to have some hp potion to activate it if they ignite you.
-Ignite For more dmg 50 + 20/lvl max 210dmg/lvl18
-You can take Cleance to dodge a stun/slow etc or enemy team attack.

Depens on the player or on team, how good he play(map control, gang survive, items order, feed player, etc)
