Introduction

Hello, this is my first build and it covers a AP teemo build which will have enough damage to still be able to do damage, your poison will be doing most of the work though..

Runes

I picked mark of potency to make it so the AP level will be at 205 AP power, seal of warding will help fight against other AP champions, I feel as if armor runes aren't needed because teemo's blinding dart will will make their basic attack useless. Quintessence of alacrity will give teemo more attack speed so he is more DPS-like early game and end-game. Glyph of insight will give teemo more magic penetration, so the poison damage will be able to be effective towards tanks, armor penetration could work but I would save those for a AD build

Masteries

Nothing much about masteries, just made them so teemo will have as much AP and damage as possible, also he will have spell vamp from the 9 utility.

Items

Items for teemo was pretty hard to pick out, when I first got this build finished I noticed how squishy he is, so I added in a veil to block a ability, improve hp and mp, as well as give more magic resits, it might be a good idea to rush the MR item used to make banshee veil.

Skills

Alright let's go over skills!

Q-- blinding dart, makes auto attacks useless for a good amount of time, acts like a nuke-like skill when you got enough AP built.

W-- run fast, simply a sprint skill, once leveling it you'll get a passive speed buff and activating it will make you move faster.

E-- toxic shot, first skill to max, this skill makes teemo's basic attack poison enemies.

R-- Noxius trap, a mushroom which blows up, based on AP this thing can easily damage down enemies in team fights.

Summoner Spells

Alright lets look over each spell,

Good Spell Section

Ignite-A nice finisher spell, it mixed with teemo poison is good when you can't deal too much damage.
Exhaust-Good for if no one else got this disable spell, it's more useful than ignite if you need to fight a champion with high burst.
heal-Good spell if no one wants to take it, heal can save you and your teammates early and late game.
flash-this spell can get you out of any bad fight you can't win, always wanna bring this spell.

Horrible Spells to use on Teemo
ghost- Teemo's W works just as fine meaning ghost is really un-needed.
revive- No.
