Your Written Guide is lacking something major. Make it more informative as though you were talking to a brand new player. Your item sequencing is decent but the Runes that you selected are not even close to what they should be a seal of vitality is a huge waste of a time and you should focus on other runes. I plan to make a teemo build very soon and I wanted to see what other people think a "good teemo" is made of. Currently, I'll only be using a portion of your items as a reference. Try to rewrite your build and I'll be sure to check back =)
