q=1:1 ap scale - you're ad mostly
r=33% of ad*5 and it's "useless" for u
other abilities does not scale with ANYTHING(auto attacks? r u mad, get ashe, cait or something - range is really helpfull
youre blind? it got 2 lifesteal items lol. thats why you dont stop autoattack!
Do you know why melee champs are easly shut down by cc? You're stunned/feared, can't attack, immobilized - cant get into range. Also something like annie can stun and nuke you without problems.
Base tip to defeat melee glass cannons? CC them...then nuke, nuke, nuke...
armor penetration is not as good as crit damage late game. maybe one or two armor pen seals okay, but thatss enough
Do the math first, then get last whisper. Or people will get frozen heart/thornmail/omen to shut down your dmg, you're right only if ther building glass cannon too.

lol youre right, cc: it stuns yourself. its maybe good on tank/ap-hybrid(aka noob-)wick, but thats like saying max E first with ap yi. makes no sense. go think before you post noob.
It's some kind of self stun but... you know it's your only gap closer(e=minor speed boost) and that also cc enemy carry(of coure you shouldn't waste it on tank) - enemy carry cant do any damage, you can get at least 1/4 of squshies hp. Of course, you can go into middle of teamfight get away from tanks/cc/nuke/damage and try to kill carries/supports but with your ulti it's a lot faster, also carry can 1-4 shot you before you can get into AA range.
- ww's ulti is amazing for ganking, if you're leveling it last your team will fail, it's also his only CC-skill and more cc - better teamfights.

MAIN reasons:
- ww's ulti is amazing for ganking, if you're leveling it last your team will fail, it's also his only CC-skill and more cc - better teamfights.

It's only usefull if the enemy team is really stupid, or their composition looks like - sona(with gps items only), soraka(gps), zilean(who's only auto attacking and stacking boots) and other similar things.
