Masteries
This is a standard build to carry in ranked games.
The talents plus the AD quint and the doran's blade at the begining should provide you a sufficient boost to last hit with ease, and mid game, you should continue to farm as much as you can since we level and then max out hawkshot first once frost shot is at level 3.
The sooner you can get your Infinity Edge, the better it is.
Once in possession of your last whisper, you have your core items and should be able to dish out some good dps.
Then follow up the build, play safe, and you should be fine ;)
