Whit this build your gonna get around 70% of enemy armor down .... and even on tanks such as ramus or malphite you gonna hit 400 - 500 crits ..... NOthing more can be said about this build.... its just the way i like to play Ashe .... even on early game you hit big dmg because of the HUGE armor penetration u get from runes and mastary.
