All attack speed rune Ashe is awful. I tried it once, because I was curious. So she starts off with an extra 38% attack speed. But does no damage. It's a poor idea. Item build itself isn't bad, but the runes are awful haha.

Never thought of that, but most I've never had a game last long enough to get to the frozen mallet. Thank you for the advice

Bad build dude.
Ashe should not be using the defense tree at all, since she needs the offence, and needs so many points in utility for mana regen.

Also your build does not incorporate any armor pen. this is one of ashes most important stats.
there is no excuse for running an ashe with no armor pen. tanks and semi tanks like xin or mundo will eat you alive.
Also frozen mallet is almost useless on ashe, her frost arrows do the same thing
