I personaly havent tried the sound effect trick (there is no need with hawkshot). they might have changed it or maybe your volume wasn't on

hey this is a msg to all ashe player my volley sound effect doesnt work, like i cast it and its silent. Does that happen to anyone else?

I agree that no boots are harsh, you can always try to buy boots for early and mid game, and sell them late game

Nah, late game is fine, but early and mid game is rather dry, unless you are using Clarity (as i am).
Beside from that it's a good build, as stated above =)

I understand what you said about mana regen runes but when I play I find ashe doesn't have mana problems late game, if your still finding problems, you could change it up a bit

Build is good, itemization, talents and masteries are all viable for Ashe. I consider this build a bit booring though, as what you will mostly only be doing auto attack damage, but this is only my preferrence.
This is a good guide guys, your team will love having you behind them with this build.

You have not considered mana-regeneration runes? Realy helps out.
