My first build, although credit for item build goes toward jhoijhoi.

I go 21/0/9 when laning with another champion for the extra mana, speed and faster cooldown on flash and channel on recall. the point in recall can be moved down to scout if you decide to use sight wards or vision wards.

when i go mid with Ashe(which seems to be a constant) i got 21/9/0 for the extra defense and health, which gives Ashe greater survivability.

as stated in the introduction i followed jhoijhoi's item build, which has made my Ashe a monster in the late game, can always grab banshee's veil before bloodthirster if you are having survivability issues.

Pros: Cons:
Ranged no escapes like tristana's jump
constant slow(if toggled) vulnerable alone
awesome ulti-stun stun easily dodged if aware
good farmer can be called a noob

stand alongside your fellow ranged players, not off to the side or next to tank

before locking in determine if you will be soloing mid or laning with another. your fellow players will expect higher quality play from you as she is thought of as a new players starting champion. remember this is just a guide, you may find a better way to play Ashe whether it be item, mastery, or rune builds
