flash like every one likes to use for easy escapes or a little help in ganks.

teleport is just verry usefull in combo with the ult (atleast when u get the right timing). ever shot a ult to half hp enemy mid and used teleport to finish him off ? just feels so right.

armor pen and ad dmg runes is always usefull playing like a ad carry, by using some atack speed i wanna get some more chance to win a 1v1 fight. those cooldown reduction seem useless but when u try to farm fast as possible or spam the volley to escape safe it can have some use.

Just keep it easy and usefull. by using this item build i try to create all over the game some survivabillity and don't let it cost you'r role of a carry in the game. Eurly game i'm still able to get a good farm, be usefull in the team fights, ganks and this way u build quiqly up to the stronger items u gonna need to keep up the damage dealing.
