Introduction
The build works just fine and will probably piss off a few.
But trust me, not even a stun can stop you with this build.
Summoner Spells
Sure, you could go for ignite or maybe exhaust, but we all know that you will never become that perfect escaper with those summoner spells.
Worth to add is that an elite Ashe escaper never leaves the base above lvl 6 without the flash spell ready to use. If it's not available you should stick to the sneak plan; to shoot crystal arrow from the base to give, perhaps, Tibbers pet; Annie or any other non-pro escaper the chance to get some kills..
Pros / Cons
You will be able to escape anything. It is literally impossible to catch you.
The massive escaping will drive your enemies crazy.
Not even Rammus will be able to powerball at your speed.
This is the perfect build if you meet a lot of melee characters.
Cons
There is none.
Might be a little bit dangerous to meet one of the same kind, tho.
