Lore
Ashe originally came to the Institute of War in service of the League summoners, seeking enough influence and favor to finally bring peace to her realm - one that has endured civil strife since Avarosa and the Time of the Three Sisters. With countless victories under her belt, she has started to put the influence she has earned in the League to use. Rumors abound that Ashe has begun to associate herself with fellow champion Tryndamere outside of the Fields of Justice. While she denies such talk as frivolous, all eyes will remain on Ashe now that her success in the League may finally allow her to restore lasting peace to her people.
Taking:
4.5% movement speed quintessences added with the 3% from the utility tree and tier 1 boots ashe's beginning movement speed is 376( which is only 14 movement speed under level 3 boots w/o the -ms modifications).
I start out with Boots of Swiftness, these increase Ashe's movement speed to 418(faster than casters and other ranged dps).
This build has a significant amount of crit chance along with her passive, this item seemed like the best choice; giving her the much needed damage that ranged carries have to have.
By this point the opposing team should have some decent armor. and you dont want your attack damage to go to waste.
This item adds attack speed which delivers your devastating attacks that much faster along with more movement speed, better to catch your enemy with and also better for your enemy not to catch you.
Being Ashe, squishieness comes with the territory and with that so does being focused. Banshee's veil will help with your survivability blocking negative affects and incrreasing your health and mana pools while giving you some decent magic resistance.
Now your last item is completely situational. I have chosen The Bloodthirster. This will allow you to stay in fights longer and deal a larger amount of damage. A viable option for the bloodthirster's replacement would be guardian angel because Ashe is focused so often and this may deter the focus of some people to other team members.
