you need 3 points in havoc , its too good to not have

flash/heal is a better combo if you are going to run the traditional meta game, boots and pots is a great start for any ad carry if you have no sustain bot lane. plus it is pretty simple to kite with ashe after buying boots. i think instead of a 2 BL you should get a BC it not only reduces enemy armor but adds AD and AS. Instead of a second PD i would reccomend buying a GA or something that provides survivability considering late game a good team will focus the ad carry and find ways to get to the carry.
