Early game, few are capable of setting up ganks and dealing quick damage.

In mid game, Xin is the ultimate killer because of his high attack speed and if he is fed, he is unstoppable.

Late game, Xin can carry your whole team. Will kill everyone (even champions over 3000 HP and 200 armor), with the big attack speed and with Madred's Bloodrazor, (279 attack end).


In between, you'll be having all sorts of fun killing enemies. Any fed character can completely dominate, but Xin makes it quite easy to be fed due to the attack speed.

Flash - It can get you to a spot fast,gank, and save your *** or team.

Cleanse - diminish your vulnerability to CC if you are facing a Lux or a team with a lot of slows and stuns.

Exhaust - Your number one difficulty as Xin will be keeping your enemies from running so that you can unleash hell on them.
A lot of kills will come from chasing down enemies as they are running away, exhaust will help, used with flash. Phantom Dancer, but exhaust is what will make your enemy's escape downright impossible.
Exhaust is also pvp one v one.

Staying true to the offensive speed kill nature of this build, all of your runes are going to be going towards more killing power and attack speed. Armor penetration is most important, as has been proven all over the place. You want more damage, get more armor penetration. Seals are dedicatack speed to atted, because Xin benefits from it more than anyone else. Just trust me, you want it. Glyphs go to cooldown reduction to help spam TTS and AC even more

Beserker's Greaves - Attack speed (Y) You want lots of it.
Starting off with a dagger helps you heal faster with your passive and get your three talon strike in quickly for early ganks.
Emblem of Valour - Life steal + passive = longer life, set up early for Stark's Fervor
B. F. Sword - Save up for this bad boy, sets up for The Black Cleaver
The Black Cleaver - Early attack speed + some DMG > BloodThirster early and you already have good healing occurring with your passive, and LS, therefore (Y)
Zeal - Attack speed, Crit, sets up for Phantom Dancer
Phantom Dancer - Amazing attack speed, crit, and a little movement speed (Y)
Stark's Fervor - What you want! Ally LS 20%, Attack Speed, Enemy Armor -20
Madred's Razors - Setting up for the big boy
Madred's Bloodrazor - Tank Killer (Y)(Y) nearly unstoppable if you play properly.
Infinity Edge - Last weapon, *At this point, you are ready for the icing on the cake. 250% crit, plus the pure damage will make you unstoppable. With all your items you can run everywhere with ease, chasing down the enemy and bending them to your will.*
