If you get a full build you should be able to kill somebody in less than 10 sec.

very bad indeed. U NO BUILD TALON AS! U BUILD TALON FULL AD SO HE CAN BURST DOWN SOMEONE IN 1.5 SEC!

Very Very bad Build, Talon isn't a right click to win.. Thats All

You are playing very wrong.
I suggest you check out some other guides and try them. You'll feel the difference.

You definitely need to work more on this build. You focus so much on keeping talon's passive viable, but give no explanation why someone needs to prioritize getting that extra 10% all the time. I would recommend picking up more attack damage. Work on your items, and explain how different items can counter different team compositions.

It also seems very inefficient to take . You need to rethink how you play , and reconsider some parts of the build.
